At red lights, congestion, incidents, or low-speed windows, the drone may leave the current vehicle and transfer to a better vehicle, dock, or route segment.

Registered Vehicle Matching

If a private vehicle offers a better route, timing, or transfer opportunity, the system may assign an authorized private vehicle for active or passive participation.

Recipient-Side Dock Pickup

For standard service, the package moves toward the closest UrbDock station or smart hive near the recipient for secure pickup.

Settlement

The platform records completed dock, vehicle, drone, and handoff segments and supports automated settlement for participating partners.
