Buses and registered private vehicles become moving charging and transport points for drones.

Drones do not need to fly the entire route. They can land on approved rooftop platforms, lock into place, recharge, and ride with a bus or registered private vehicle. When traffic slows, a better route appears, or another vehicle becomes a stronger match, the drone can jump again.
